Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 184-unit luxury apartment community in Pelham! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

• At least one year of experience in on-site property management.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work one Saturday per month, with an alternative day off during the week.

Work Days: Monday – Friday & one weekend each month
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
