Our Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services plays a vital role in our resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. We are looking for a skilled Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services to become a part of our facility's compassionate and hospitable care-giving team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Administers and directs environmental services program to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment
• To procure or generate all utilities and their distribution systems
• Coordinates these activities with the other departments to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Attends staff meetings to ascertain facility policies, assists in their development, and interprets these policies to environmental staff members
• May direct safety, fire control, security and civil-defense programs and participate in facility infection control programs

Requirements

• Experience in a job-related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in a manager role
• Clean background check and clean drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States of America
• SNF Regulatory experience required
