Mayo Clinic Health System in Menomonie, is seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collegial department. 

• Outpatient practice 
• Call 1:8 via phone 
• 4 ½ day work week
• Optional: prenatal care
• Optional: laborist pool in Eau Claire for deliveries / Call 1:6 (not in FM call if participating)
• Full back up from all subspecialties
