Product Manager, Cloud

On-site work model of 5 days in office/week in Sunnyvale, CA

As a Product Manager at Illumio, you lead the definition and growth of Illumio’s Cloud Solutions.   

In this role you will be responsible for building/extending Illumio’s Zero Trust Platform that extends to Public Cloud Resources and Containers.   

You will be part of a high performing team who iterate on the problems to solve, land the product/market fit, develop detailed product requirements, lead scrum teams, meet with customers and partners with a laser focus on helping Illumio Customers in their Zero Trust Segmentation Journey to support their Multi-Cloud and Private Data Center strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product development from ideation to launch including design centric obsession in research, strategy, roadmap definition, and delivery

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, support, marketing and customers to deliver solutions that drive adoption and growth.

• Gain subject matter expertise within the Zero Trust space that establishes you as a resource for customers and cross functional peers

• Champion the voice of the customer into epics and user stories for scrum teams

• Gain a deep understanding of the markets you serve and develop GTM plans partnering with Illumio’s marketing team

Experience:

• 4+ years' experience delivering security solutions in one or more of these areas – Network Security (L3/L4), Application Security (WAF), k8s/container security, protecting public cloud and hybrid workloads to meet security and compliance requirements, Big Data Analytics and/or DevOps Security tooling 

• You will have prior experience and knowledge of serverless computing, container orchestration security (such as k8s security policies) and microservices architecture 

• Prioritization skills to balance delivering customer value across customer segments and engineering priorities 

• Trade Off Decisions informed by data, technology limitations and ambiguity 

• Experience in working through Pricing and GTM strategies with internal stakeholders 

• Your authentic self and be a team player to collaborate with stakeholders in the organization 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills 

• Ability to seamlessly pivot between strategic & tactical priorities 

• Ability to analyze and anticipate market trends, buyer behavior & market segmentation 

Bonus Points:

• Experience w/container management platforms like Amazon ECS, Azure EKS or GKE 

• Understanding RESTful API design and usage

Pay Range:

$ 157,000 USD - $ 180,000 USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
