You will oversee breakfast production, buffet presentation and live cooking stations, while leading your team to consistently deliver high-quality food, efficient service and outstanding guest satisfaction.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What are your responsibilities?</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Oversee the daily breakfast operation, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation across the buffet and live cooking stations.</p></li><li><p>Deliver a seamless breakfast experience by maintaining product freshness, availability and high service standards throughout service.</p></li><li><p>Ensure breakfast Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate early-morning preparation, production planning and service flow to ensure a smooth and well-organised operation.</p></li><li><p>Supervise, coach and support the breakfast kitchen team, creating a positive working environment focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Monitoring food costs, ordering, stock levels and waste.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring full compliance with HACCP, food safety legislation and company procedures, maintaining a safe and well-organised kitchen environment.</p></li><li><p>Working closely with the Food &amp; Beverage and Front Office teams to anticipate guest needs and deliver an outstanding breakfast experience.</p></li><li><p>Supporting menu development, seasonal improvements and new breakfast concepts together with the Executive Chef.</p></li><li><p>Leading by example during service, maintaining high energy, clear communication and operational excellence every day.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What makes you the perfect candidate?</strong></p><p>You are a passionate culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced breakfast operation.
