SUMMARY
The Business Systems Team ensures the reliability and evolution of the core platforms that power Wiz. Composed of administrators, developers, and analysts, the team maintains and optimizes these systems to support company growth. Our focus is on practical execution and system health to meet Wiz’s broader business objectives.
As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst supporting the GTM/Sales ecosystem, you will bridge the gap between business process and technical delivery. You will focus on soliciting, analyzing, and refining business requirements for system functionality that powers the entire GTM customer journey and post-sales retention. Partnering closely with GTM Systems supporting Sales, Field & Marketing Operations, and Post-Sales,you will support and optimize the workflows that drive revenue and customer health.
You are a systems expert who operates with a product mindset; while you help explore what's possible for GTM leadership, your primary focus is partnering with the GTM Systems team to drive execution of their roadmap, ensuring that every technical solution is documented, aligned with business needs, and delivered with high quality through a structured Agile processes. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Domain Ownership: Solicit and refine business requirements from GTM and Post-Sales leads, converting high-level "asks" into robust, product-style user stories and technical specs.
- Execution Partnership: Act as the primary execution partner to the GTM Systems team. You will ensure their roadmap is populated with well-vetted, prioritized initiatives and help drive those projects through the Kanban lifecycle.
- Systems Discovery: Proactively identify "friction points" in the lead-to-cash journey. You don't just wait for a request; you look for system gaps that hinder our ability to scale and propose solutions that align with the broader vision.
- End-to-End Solution Design: Lead the discovery process for new features, partner with technical experts to identify solutions for Salesforce, integrated applications, and our core product to ensure a frictionless customer experience.
- Lifecycle & Quality Ownership: Own the delivery cycle from initial concept through UAT and rollout. You are the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that what is built actually solves the business problem and delivers the intended value.
- System Orchestration: While Salesforce is a primary application focus for this role, you will ensure data integrity and process efficiency across all touchpoints, particularly where GTM systems intersect.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high-quality project artifacts and documentation, ensuring that our internal systems evolution is transparent and well-communicated to the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- 1 - 3 years of specialization in Salesforce-based GTM customer lifecycle management, with significant experience GTM processes and friction points.
