Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks including invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Create and oversee engaging content for social media platforms and company website.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of content creation and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and creativity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
