- Coordinate large cross-functional global projects and manage end-to-end from inception through to delivery.
- Ensure comprehensive and timely communication across diverse stakeholder teams.
- Define and execute comprehensive operational plan for strategic launches.
- Responsible for driving partner development programming at Meta by operationalizing and scaling processes and procedures to establish communications and cultural entrepreneurship with internal teams, key regional stakeholders, and business customers, including Europe, Middle East and Asia.
- Source, develop, and implement a wide range of communications strategies and initiatives to support initiatives and drive global alignment across Client, Agency and Partner Talent Transformation efforts.
- Show comprehensive strategic research for setting business KPI’s and success metrics of global projects that impact the industry.
- Build teams from managed global vendors, including negotiation and contracts for production to execution of events and programs.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Performance Management, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or related field, and 24 months of work experience in job offered or in a marketing/business-related occupation. Requires 2 years of experience in the following:
- Working with technical and business stakeholders, including business leaders from around the world
- Communicating and partnering with cross-functional teams, driving alignment, effective escalations, and achieving results
- Setting priorities, multitasking and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly/changing workplace
- Developing strategic marketing plan to deliver on audience business objectives
- Managing marketing projects of all sizes from start to finish
- G Suite and Platforms
- Multi regional global scaling of established initiatives
- Netting new creation of marketing programs to enable sales and revenue for the business.
