Sales Support (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking for a Sales Support to join our Benelux Flavors team in Hilversum, Netherlands.

This position will be part of the overall Western European flavor commercial team and you will act as sales support team member for the Benelux account managers. 

 

This is a dynamic position, and you are, together with the account manager, responsible for the direct contact from IFF with your customers. It will be required to build a solid and trustful relationship with the customers, supported by colleagues from the various departments such as designers, operations, supply chain, quality and regulatory. You, together with the account manager, are the spider in the web to develop and maintain a high level of service to our customers and enabling us to grow the business. The customer base you work with can vary from local ones to distributor to global customers.  

 

This role can be done fulltime to 4 days a week. This is a hybrid role, with at least 2 days in the office.
 
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

• Handling and managing project related pricing, sampling- and documentation requests.
• Initiation and follow up on quality and regulatory related customer requests of our selling items
• Keeping our systems up to date & main contact for our order management team related to commercial inquiries
• Preparation of pricelists during the annual price review period
• Supporting the account manager organizing customer meetings
• Supporting the account manager in handling projects
• Have direct contact with various people and disciplines at our customers

Job Requirements

• We will rely on your at least 2-3 years of experience in Sales Support/ Customer Service or related fields
• You have an HBO degree as a minimum requirement 
• Good computing skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is a must
• SAP & CRM (e.g. Salesforce) skills are a bonus
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
