Salary: $45,000 to $49,000 per year
Location: Collierville, TN
Schedule: Monday through Friday, No Weekends, Full Time

The Learning Experience in Collierville is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Center Director to lead our team, support staff development, and ensure a safe, nurturing, high quality learning environment for children and families. What You Will Do

Oversee daily center operations and ensure full compliance with Tennessee child care licensing
Lead, coach, and support teachers and staff to maintain a positive and high performing culture
Build strong relationships with families through communication and professionalism
Ensure classrooms deliver TLE’s award winning LEAP Curriculum with fidelity
Manage staffing, scheduling, and enrollment goals
Monitor safety, cleanliness, and quality standards throughout the center
Collaborate with the franchisee, regional team, and support partners as needed
Promote a positive reputation for the center within the community

Tennessee Requirements

Must meet Tennessee child care licensing standards for Center Director qualification
Must have credentials documented in TNPAL
Early childhood leadership experience required

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience as a Center Director or Assistant Director in childcare or early learning
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to maintain a positive, solutions focused environment
Knowledge of state licensing, compliance, and curriculum implementation
Passion for supporting children, families, and staff
