The Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking a Student Facilities Assistant. In this role, you will assist the Facilities team in maintaining, repairing, and improving the facilities at SDL. This could include general plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, and any other maintenance tasks as they come up. You will be responsible to perform and accurately record preventative maintenance tasks on a monthly basis.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be a USU or BATC student with at least one year of school remaining
  • Must have a valid US driver’s license
  • Strong work ethic, sense of dedication and responsibility
  • Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, or other US person
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in facilities, maintenance, construction, and/or wood working
