Job Description
Experience
- 10 years of experience working in a collaborative business setting with knowledge in ERP operations: human resources operations, financial operations and payroll operations, and supply chain management
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams and partnerships to achieve meaningful results and quantitative business goals
- Demonstrated knowledge of the ITSM or ITIL framework for technology management
- Thorough experience portfolio management with expertise in both technical product delivery and customer-centric product management tactics
- Experience working in a large organization with mass communication, training, and culture management tactics
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree business administration or similar healthcare management related area of study
- Workday Certification in any of the major business domains (HCM, SCM, FIN, PAY)
- Project management professional (PMP)
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or similar
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. Master’s degree preferred
