The Analytical Services team at Sayari has mastered the use of public data in complex investigations and wants to help others do the same. Our Analytical Services team are first and foremost expert analysts. They thrive on tackling tough investigations and uncovering critical insights that others might miss. But Analytical Services analysts are also quick thinkers and intuitive communicators, who know how fulfilling (and fun!) it is to share their knowledge with others. Solutions Services analysts drive mission impact and strengthen engagements by directly supporting Sayari’s Government customers on their most pressing investigative and analytic challenges. At Sayari, Analytical Services analysts ensure that our customers love using our products and see us as an integral partner in their core missions. In this, they unite curiosity, expertise, and a deep appreciation for how our data and tools can drive more effective investigations. Success in this position is measured by the impact on the customer’s mission and the growth of engagement within accounts. We are a hybrid workplace and welcome candidates who prefer flexible work from home and/or office. This position will require periodic in-person meetings, primarily in the DC area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Become a trusted partner for our enterprise government customers
• Conduct network investigations and data analysis to provide direct analytical support to Sayari’s enterprise government customers 
• Develop and deliver analytic briefings and trainings that address priority investigative and analytical challenges and help customers leverage Sayari products to advance their missions
• Generate innovative, complex public data investigations from concept to deliverable, utilizing Sayari’s data and products and drawing on resources from across Sayari departments
• Maintain expertise and develop novel approaches to address critical and emerging priorities of Sayari’s customers
• Coordinate with the Revenue team to identify and pursue opportunities to expand Sayari’s engagements with enterprise government customers. 

Skills & Experience:

• 3-5+ years of experience in investigations, open source research, or network analysis
• 2-5+ years of experience and a track record of success in customer interactions and/or briefings; equally confident with prepared remarks and extemporaneous discussion and Q&A
• Well-versed in our defense, intelligence, and law enforcement customers’ greatest requirements including strategic competition, supply chain risk management, illicit trade, and transnational organized crime
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to share complex insights in clear, concise, and engaging ways
• Professional fluency in one or more priority languages (Chinese, Russian, Spanish, French, Arabic, Farsi) is a plus
