OVERVIEW
The Supply Chain Strategy Program Manager acts as a change agent by leading the execution of the supply chain project portfolio. This position is responsible for providing leadership and support to the Supply Chain Organization, including the development of employee project management skills and the maturity of PMO processes. Additionally, the role is responsible for the development and implementation of key projects, including the execution of Portfolio Optimization and Customer Strategy Roadmaps.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures successful, consistent execution of projects. Maintain integrated view of the project portfolio (program) and ensure plans are achievable
- Establish cadence for project status and risk assessment reporting for Supply Chain project portfolio
- Drives alignment with the Supply Chain leadership team on program management priorities
- Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of the program’s output by driving accountability in the organization
- Define, measure, evaluate, manage and track success metrics for change and business value capture, ensuring effective and sustainable change
- Mentors and trains other employees in the space of project management
- Partners with Analytics Manager and Network Optimization Manager to develop business cases for SKU rationalization and process improvements
- Develops and implements change management strategies to execute portfolio optimization and customer strategy projects
- Supports Director of Strategy in the development and execution of initiatives within the talent development agenda
- Provides project leadership for CAPEX execution as needed
- Leads change management efforts and influences across functions and levels in the organization
- Manages complex strategic projects in alignment with GSC objectives, including project management at a global level
WORK EXPERIENCES
- Minimum of 5 years in project management of high-impact initiatives in a Commercial, Operations or Supply Chain setting.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership experience
- Consumer Product industry background preferred
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
