Job Description

As an Executive Assistant in this thriving healthcare environment, you’ll be the linchpin of high-level operations and client interactions. Your role will be crucial in managing important relationships, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting executive-level tasks. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming communications professionally, handling phone calls and emails with poise
  • Orchestrate complex calendars and schedule critical appointments
  • Coordinate consultations and efficiently manage the referral process
  • Support executive-level operations with discretion and efficiency
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance across all communications and operational tasks
  • Optimize operational processes to enhance overall efficiency
  • Act as a key liaison between executives, clients, and internal departments


Requirements

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
  • Proven track record in customer service or client relations, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations or willingness to obtain certification quickly
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and comfort with a dynamic work environment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus
