What You Will Do:
- Lead organization redesign activities for large complex organizations
- Develop new strategies, operating concepts, and governance models to better meet the client’s mission
- Work collaboratively in a team to develop solutions to solve organizational challenges and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of operations
- Facilitate client meetings, interviews or work groups
- Lead the development of work products that clearly synthesize information into recommendations for client implementation
- Work with diverse stakeholder to drive towards consensus
- Develop business process improvements to existing programs
- Provide change management recommendations to clients
- Develop communications and executive presentations for audiences such as agency leadership, the White House, and Congress
- Provide guidance, coaching, and quality assurance to junior staff
What You Will Need:
- Requires a University Degree and minimum 3-5 years of prior relevant consulting experience; some roles may require graduate-level education Master’s or Doctorate degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
