IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As a Senior Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing, executing, and monitoring project portfolio management (both CAPEX and non-CAPEX). You will play a key role in developing and deploying strategies, supporting complex projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations while driving improvements in our manufacturing processes.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Start-up and coordination of improvement projects and feasibility studies related to plant issues, new product developments, technological innovations, and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure projects follow the Improve Plant, Small Projects, and Large Projects processes and best practices.
  • Define project scope, estimate costs, prepare credit applications, and execute projects from concept through completion.
  • Manage project budgets, milestones, and scope to ensure successful execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations.
  • Allocate human, technical, and financial resources for assigned projects.
  • Communicate project progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) for major plant disruptions and develop improvement proposals based on findings.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and proactively address risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust documentation and information system for project and portfolio management.
  • Support management in developing and deploying the Improve Plant strategy.
  • Coach, monitor, and stimulate project execution teams to ensure the success of the Improve Plant process.

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Education & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (at least Lean Practitioner level).
  • Strong knowledge of RCA and FMEA methodologies.
  • Project management experience (3+ years), including planning, installation, and start-up.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Experience with statistical techniques and evaluation tools.
  • Affinity with IT tools such as COMOS, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power BI, and IP Tool.
