Under the supervision of the CCP Manager the FCCHEN Program Administrator will ensure that Family Child Care Home Education Network Program meets and maintains the mandates and timelines for enrolling and contracting new providers according to funder requirements. The FCCHEN Program Administrator will identify placement, conduct self-assessment and funder triannual audits, and partner with the Subsidy Division to review projections and recommend solutions to ensure FCCHEN compliance. In coordination with the CCP Manager and FCCHEN Supervisor the FCCHEN Program Administrator will plan, coordinate, and evaluate the operation of their designated duties to ensure all requirements are met.
This position is full time, 40 hours per week. This position will require the ability to work a non-traditional work schedule including evenings and weekends. This position will be field base and involves some travel.
Expected hourly pay rate: $33.00
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Within a team environment, the Program Administrator will perform the following responsibilities: Program Compliance and Improvement 65% and Enrollment Development 35%

Minimum Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Three years’ experience working in program administration for an early childcare program.
- Travel: This position requires 30% of travel. This position requires travel between San Fernando Valley and Antelope Valley up to 30% of the time. This may involve including evenings and weekends for conferences, meetings, and events. Staff may choose any mode of transportation (driving, walking, bicycling, carpooling, etc) to arrive to and depart from the location where attendance is required. Should a staff member choose to drive, the staff member must become an approved driver with CCRC prior to driving on behalf of CCRC. Approved drivers driving on behalf of CCRC may choose to drive a CCRC vehicle or own vehicle and must meet requirements to be an approved driver including holding and maintaining current auto insurance, current California Driver’s License and receiving DMV clearance.
- Work Schedule: Full time, 40 hours a week with the ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, nights, weekends, early mornings
- Work environment: This position’s work environment will consist of Field Work.
- Background & Health Clearance Requirements: Head Start / CCP Criminal Records (e.g. Live Scan Fingerprinting), Child Abuse Index Check, Sexual Offender Registry, Health, Tuberculosis (TB) test and Immunization clearances required.

Background check required. As a grant-funded Agency supporting Children and Family Services, CCRC conducts background checks commensurate with the role to verify candidate qualifications (criminal history, employment history / experience, education, reference checks) and ensure grant compliance. Specific roles may have additional verification / clearance to the standard background check as part of the recruitment and selection process, including:
Live Scan Clearance / DOJ Fingerprinting: For positions working directly with the public in a child/ community care or child / community care adjacent setting (CA Health and Safety Code Section 1596.871 and/or Head Start Program Performance Standards 1302.90).
Health Clearance: For positions working directly with the public in a child/ community care or child / community care adjacent setting or working with “at risk” populations, CA Code of Regulations Title 22, §101216, CA Health and Safety Code 1596.7995, and/or Head Start Program Performance Standards 1302.93)
MVR / DMV clearance in accordance with CCRC’s liability insurance provisions: For positions where driving is required.
Child Development Permit: For positions working in an educational capacity (California Education Code Sections 44242.5, 44340, and 44341)
