Sales Operations Specialist

The salary range for this position is $55,000.00 -$60,000.00 DOE with a 15% bonus opportunity.

This is how you WOW:

• Be the internal rep for SD/KAM in managing customer accounts with various departments.
• Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business
• Ensure vendor compliance and identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency
• Ensure timely order fulfillment, working with the warehouse to resolve any issues
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepancies with the accounting team.
• Resolve any EDI issues by working with IT teams.
• Timely completion of content uploading on vendor portals
• Ensure freshness of content management and inventory on vendor portals.
• Manage Returns and credits for the customers
• Evaluate processes and drive changes for efficiencies

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience in this field.
• You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and strong capabilities in Excel will be an advantage.
• You possess an analytical mind and as well as a strong commercial acumen.
• You are proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
