Job Description Summary
The General Manager, Aspen RxHealth will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Aspen RxHealth's operations, growth, and strategic direction. This individual will provide leadership across clinical services, business operations, and technology integration to drive performance, profitability, and continued innovation.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Collaborate with the executive team to define business goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Lead Aspen Health's evolution as a tech-enabled Medication Therapy Management (MTM) company by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining high-quality clinical service delivery.
Optimize operational workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Team Building & Leadership:
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across clinical services, operations, and technology functions.
Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
Financial Oversight:
Manage P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, service expansion, and customer acquisition.
Innovation & Technology Integration:
Lead the integration of technology solutions to enhance MTM services, improve patient outcomes, and optimize operational efficiency.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, healthcare partners, and regulatory agencies.
Represent Aspen Health at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings.
Completes other duties as assigned.
Client Responsibilities
This is an internal and external client facing position that requires excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills (listening/verbal/written). One must be able to; Respond promptly to client needs; Solicit client feedback to improve service; Respond to requests for service and assistance from clients; Meet commitments to clients; Manage difficult or emotional client situations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages assigned staff in the functional area. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Aspen RxHealth. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
