Finance Supplier Enablement Co-Op

This is a year round position and would be required to work a minimum 15 – 28 hours/week throughout the school year with flexibility for exams and school projects requiring a hybrid schedule (office 2-3 days, remote 1 day)
SUMMARY
This position will contribute to the day-to-day activities and special projects for Supplier Enablement. The purpose of the Co-Op Program is to provide professional development/experience to individuals within their field of study by exposure to the business environment of a large corporation.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Provide to support the overall supplier enablement process
- Assist with processing supplier requests daily using RPMA
- Develop a good business relationship with the suppliers and internal customers
- Assist internal and external users on processes
- Support areas such as Purchasing, Catalog management and other duties
- Coupa cXML and Punchout Catalog support
- Assist with special projects
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Required:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Hybrid remote work schedule available
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours/week throughout the school year with flexibility for exams and school projects
- Proactive and hard-working
- Strong PC skills and adaptability to new systems
- Strong Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel) is preferred
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to consistently meet deadlines without compromising the quality of work
- Ability to work as a team player in a large group setting
- Ability to learn quickly
- Flexibility to deal with changing duties and priorities
