Position SummarY:

The AVP of Clinical Application Services is a strategic, people-focused leader responsible for the oversight, support, and advancement of radiology clinical applications across RPCE and Mosaic environments. This individual will lead a team delivering application support, enforce standardization, drive vendor accountability, and ensure systems meet clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in radiology IT, demonstrates strong people management skills, and has a thorough understanding of healthcare regulations including HIPAA and medical device compliance.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing radiology clinical applications, including PACS, VNA, VR and other ancillary systems.
  • Provide strong people leadership through coaching, development, and performance management, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
  • Oversee the delivery of Level 3 (L3) support services, ensuring rapid issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce standards and best practices for clinical application configurations and usage across RPCE and Mosaic environments.
