Job Description

IDIQ is looking for an efficient, organized, and accountable Senior Financial Analyst with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy.

The Senior Financial Analyst will perform a variety of financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, building financial models, assisting with financial planning, performing research and analysis, preparing reports, and assisting with close processes. Other AD HOC reporting as needed and performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Experience with month end close and journal entries
  • Experience with account reconciliations
  • Experience in forecasting and budgeting
  • Strong analytical skills to make fact-based decisions and to document the evidence that led to those decisions
  • Strong time management skills and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage different projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to function and lead in a team environment
  • A college degree from an accredited four- year college or university.
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis

Preferred Knowledge and Skill:

  • Ownership & Drive— ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through and a focus on owning the outcome
  • Influential and Persuasive - seen as a trusted advisor
  • Solid understanding of users, the marketplace, competition and of future trends for the consumer credit, finance or identity theft
  • Proven ability to clearly define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them.
  • Unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and driving results for yourself and your team members and stakeholders

 

Additional Information

Position Details: This is a full-time, salaried position (40+ hours/week). This is a hybrid position, working from home and in the Temecula, CA, office.

Pay: The pay range for this position if the work is performed in California (Colorado, New York City, NY) is a minimum of $70,000 to a maximum of $90,000 based on a full-time schedule.  The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.  Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as commissions or bonuses.  If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve listed and you think can bring value to IDIQ, we would love to learn more about you.
