Construction Junior Accountant
 Job brief:
The Junior Accountant is responsible for accounts receivables, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliation, assist project managers with project accounting and various administrative supervisory duties. The Junior Accountant will complete these functions utilizing Sage 300 CRE. The Accounts Payable Clerk will perform general administrative duties and provide customer service-related billing inquiries. 

Qualifications and Skills:

·      Associates Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

·      Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or related field.

·       Knowledge of the Construction industry highly desired.

·       Experience with Sage 300 CRE software and general ledger systems.

·       Must be highly organized and self-motivated.

·       Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross‐functional teams.

·       Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities with Vendors.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).



  Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
