Job Description

As a Senior Associate working in the Mobility Technology Client Services practice, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, supporting the team as they help to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. 

The Mobility Technology Client Service team assists our clients with their mobility business issues. This may include reviewing and redesigning existing processes, implementing and utilizing the myMobility suite of tools (Vialto’s proprietary software product suite), or developing a specific custom solution to meet the needs of the client. You will be responsible for contributing to projects that span both the client implementation and operational life cycle of engagements. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

● Coordinating with onshore and offshore implementation resources 

● Proactively assisting in the management of several clients, while reporting to managers and above 

● Training and leading staff 

● Establishing effective working relationships directly with clients 

● Contributing to the development of your own and your team’s technical acumen

● Keeping up to date with local, national and global business & economic issues

● Supporting the economic management of engagements 

● Managing the implementation life cycle of the Vialto myMoblity application suite of tools

● Preparing and reviewing technical documentation 

● Identifying process improvement opportunities and using tools and techniques to implement solutions 

● Working closely with mobility data to streamline integrations and create insights using reporting tools 

● Identifying and making suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise 

● Handling, manipulating and analyzing data and information responsibly

● Following risk management and compliance procedures 

● Building and maintaining an internal and external network

Preferred Knowledge/Skills: 

As a Senior Associate you will be expected to demonstrate the ability to identify and address business problems using problem solving skills. Additionally, candidates should: 

● Ideally possess an understanding of global mobility concepts and solution approaches

● Understand and exhibit the ability to lead projects, defining scope and identifying deviations 

● Actively participate in client discussions and meetings communicating a broad range of Vialto services 

● Understand the service offerings of Vialto Partners and where it would be appropriate to introduce new products and services to prospective and existing clients 

● Possess an exposure to pricing, client value and the negotiation process

● Demonstrate a knowledge and competency with automation & digitization tools and techniques including the following areas: 

● Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions 

● Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools 

● Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks 

● Possess an attention to detail, producing high quality deliverables 

● Have the ability to clearly communicate with fellow colleagues and clients across multiple geographies 

● Contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members

Qualifications

Minimum Degree Required:
