We welcome the opportunity to expand our collaboration with existing partners as well as to establish new partnerships, while remaining committed to our vision <strong>“to make a difference in people’s lives”</strong> through our everyday activities and our products.</p> <p>Due to continuous growth and expansion, <strong>Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals</strong> offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit an <strong>Indirect Spend Procurement Senior Officer</strong> for the <strong>Costing &amp; Indirect Procurement </strong>department in our <strong>Marousi premises</strong>.</p> <p>As an <strong>Indirect Spend Procurement Senior Officer</strong>, the ideal candidate will support budget holders with sourcing strategies and in-depth internal and external market analyses/ act as an internal advisor, influencing functional decision makers and budget holders about their spend.</p> <p><strong>What you will do: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Handle several indirect spend categories, both technical and non-technical (production and lab’s spare parts, technical services, consumables, energy, health and safety services, etc)</li> <li>Manage requisitions on a daily needs’ basis and place orders through negotiation and as per the group’s procurement procedures</li> <li>Evaluate existing and new suppliers based on economic, commercial and qualitative criteria</li> <li>Effective sourcing for indirect spend categories</li> <li>Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts - In conjunction with the legal department, draft and/or review contracts from an economic, commercial, qualitative and service requirements point of view</li> <li>Maintain purchasing function data in SAP (purchasing orders, price catalogues, contracts)</li> <li>Update and create related reports and analyses</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>The ideal candidate should have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>BSc Degree in Finance, Economics, Chemistry or other related subjects. A post graduate degree will be considered an asset</li> <li>At least 3 years of experience in indirect procurement of an industrial/ manufacturing company.
