Senior Business Analyst/Site Lead - Agile Business Analysis Team

Description

As a Senior Business Analyst/Site Lead, you will play a pivotal role in a government-led Agile team, collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality professional services to our government customers. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of business analysis activities, including planning, enterprise analysis, requirements analysis, and requirements management. You will also be instrumental in communication, mentoring, and supporting the Agile team. This role demands a deep understanding of cross-functional knowledge in analysis, development, planning, integration, acquisition, sustainment, and modifications to provide recommended solutions and products, all under the guidance of an Agile Scrum Master.

Professional Services Delivery:

• Provide expert analysis, training development, and delivery in support of business analysis planning, enterprise analysis, requirements analysis, and requirements management.
• Facilitate communication and mentoring within the Agile team to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Cross-Functional Knowledge Application:

• Utilize cross-functional expertise to analyze, develop, plan, integrate, acquire, sustain, and modify processes and systems.
• Collaborate with the Agile Scrum Master to deliver recommended solutions and products that meet project objectives.

Technical Work Products and Presentation Materials:

• Generate technical work products and presentation materials, including task-specific reports, informal analyses, papers, opinions, databases, and briefings, on an as-required (ad-hoc) basis during the contract performance.

Business Process Documentation and Improvement:

• Document current processes and environments to provide a comprehensive understanding of the existing state.
• Develop and evaluate implementation plans for process improvement, human capital management, and technology enhancements.
• Provide a comprehensive blueprint for future improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements

Relevant Experience:

• 5 + years of experience in business analysis and/or business relationship management.
• Experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven track record in defining business processes, business process modeling, and developing information system schemes.

Education:

• A Master’s degree or higher is desired, reflecting a strong academic foundation in relevant fields.

Desired:

Scrum Master certification (CSM etc.)
