Job Description: Mediterraneo Server

We are seeking a Restaurant Server who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a full-service restaurant environment. As a Restaurant Server, you will ensure that all guests have a memorable dining experience. 

Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests to the restaurant and assist them in finding their seats

- Take orders and provide recommendations on menu items

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Server or in a similar role

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Availability to work part-time, Wednesday through Sunday evenings, for 5-6 hour shifts

- Must be able to work Sundays

- 2 years of fine dining experience

-  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures 

-  Experience as a Busser and Food Runner required
