As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key team member responsible for planning and executing key projects across our North American Taste, Texture, & Health sites, potentially including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Missouri and others. You will also collaborate with site and global teams in order to identify and implement the best solutions.

Your key responsibilities

 

• Plan and Develop the Project Idea
• Define and Lead the project team
• Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines
• Manage and communicate any project issues and provide progress visibility to the organization
• Manage the work process through all key milestones and ensure the Engineering Work Process is followed. This includes key deliverables for SHE, Quality, Manufacturing Excellence etc.

You bring

 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in an engineering discipline.
• 5-15 years of project management experience, preferably in a chemical or food/beverage manufacturing environment
• Willingness to collaborate and learn, while also improving the work processes where the opportunity arises.
• High pr
