NBG Pay provides merchant acquiring services to small, medium, large and corporate merchants across Greece. Services include the authorization, clearing, and settlement of credit, debit and prepaid card transactions between cardholders and merchants.</p><p></p><p>We are currently seeking an experienced and competent Junior Sales Analyst in Athens, reporting to the Sales Analysis &amp; Support Manager in Greece, who will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process. He/She will be responsible to help customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support.</p><p></p><p><b>Summary of This Role</b></p><p>This junior level position combines data analysis with sales support to drive effective decision-making in a dynamic payment solutions environment. The successful candidate will be a curious and enthusiastic data explorer, eager to learn and apply Business Intelligence tools. Using SQL and Google Data Studio, you'll mine sales information, visualize trends, and contribute to compelling presentations that help the sales team achieve their goals. This is an excellent opportunity to start a BI-focused career in the exciting payments industry.</p><p></p><p><b>What Part Will You Play?</b></p><ul><li><b>Contribute to sales proposals and client presentations:</b> Collaborate with the sales team on proposals by gathering <span>data, performing</span> research, and building powerful dashboards.</li><li><b>Unlock data insights:</b> Explore customer trends and sales information using SQL and build meaningful data visualizations in Google Data Studio.</li><li><b>Support continuous improvement:</b> Help maintain sales documentation and identify areas to streamline reporting processes.</li><li><b>Build BI proficiency:</b> Develop your knowledge of BI tools, sales cycle phases, and the broader world of the payments industry.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We're Looking For</b></p><ul><li><b>University Degree:</b> Business <span>Administration, IT, Marketing, or</span> a STEM field. A Master's in a relevant area is a bonus.</li><li><b>A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Junior Sales Analyst</b>.
