For non-local systems, you will interact with business units and IT (including <span><span><span>Plan/Build/Run/Country</span></span></span> Manager/Business Relationship Manager) to successfully deliver Abbott solutions and ensure value is achieved as anticipated from the outsourced relationships.</p><p></p><p><b><span>What You Will Do</span></b></p><ul><li>Plays a key role in decision making, planning, and executing IT projects delivering application.</li><li>Defining and the ultimate delivery of Local IT application.</li><li>Leverage key strengths from all project teams, Abbott and provider alike. </li><li>Identify and coordinate program level risks and issues.</li><li>Accountable for end-to-end support.</li><li>Monitors service level infractions.</li><li>Coordinates with Business Solutions and Service (BSS) Run on support activities and critical incident <span><span>communications. </span></span></li><li>Acts as coordinator of business and BTS IT at the site, using good communication and teamwork to ensure collaboration among all IT teams for the good of the affiliate.</li><li>Monitors IT process compliance with corporate, divisional and local policies and procedures.</li><li>Supports and enforces audit compliant policies and standards.</li><li>Functions as a single point of escalation for all questions, activities and issues related to local project delivery requests aligned to specific business functional domains.</li><li>Works in conjunction with Project Management Office to ensure proper communication with clients and suppliers regarding project disposition.</li><li>Reviews service provider recovery and permanent fix plans, including root cause analysis and actions as operational problems occur.</li><li>Maintains contacts for day-to-day communications between local IT/ service provider and the business.</li><li>For non-local systems identified as all applications that are currently supported by the primary suppliers, collaborates with Business Solutions and Service Run to ensure effective system operations.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li>Degree in IT and/or complimentary business degree.</li><li>At least 3-5 years of experience in IT, preferably in the healthcare industry.</li><li>Analysis, correction and creation of new application programs.</li><li>At least 2-4 years of experience in programming application software.</li><li>Knowledge of SQL and AS400 would be an advantage but are not a must.</li><li>Ability to work directly with the business to understand business priorities and turn into IT requirements.</li><li>Problem determination (experience in root cause analysis) and problem resolution skills.</li><li>Project management experience.</li>
