Asics Digital, Inc.Accounting ManagerBoston MA Responsibilities: Lead monthly and quarterly close. Establish and maintain internal controls. Lead key accounting processes such as AP, AR, and Cash Flow. Responsible for SaaS revenue recognition. Accurately maintain fixed assets schedule. Guarantee complete and timely account reconciliation. Provide information to internal/external auditors. Liaise with payroll and cost centers for monthly accrual process. Assist with compliance audits as required (banking, taxing agencies, insurance, etc.). Assist FP&A team with annual budget and forecasting processes. Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures, as well as identify new policies and areas of improvement. Requirements: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and four years of experience in the job offered or four years of experience in accounting/finance. Experience must include four years each of the following: fixed assets as related to software development; leading monthly and quarterly closing; QuickBooks, Bill.com and Expensify. Experience with public and international businesses. Must be a CPA or CPA Candidate. Experience may be gained concurrently.
