The Client Services Assistant Coach is responsible for providing administrative support to the Coach during the implementation process of a new client. A Client Services Assistant Coach will possess strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and be detail oriented. The Client Services Assistant Coach role is
crucial to a successful implementation by setting up the initial training calls with the client to ensure the excitement and forward momentum are maintained. The Client Services Assistance Coach plays an integral role in ensuring the implementation process stays on track and within deadline goals.
Critical Job Duties:
- Monitor New Sale Welcome email for typeform completion. Submit initial document(s) and database JIRA tickets. Monitors closely for completion to facilitate an efficient onboarding process.
- Send database logins to new client for successful company-wide adoption of the DASH platform.
- Reviews the Coach’s calendar and schedules the four (4) initial training sessions with the client.
- Ongoing audit of client files in SalesForce.
- Assign all Next Gear University courses after Coach’s training sessions with the client.
- Capture Next Gear University training reports and communicates findings to Coach and customers.
- Sends all training automated follow-up emails with call recording.
- Responds to daily Client Services emails.
- Functions as a Producer on weekly live webinars.
This position reports to the Manager of the Associate Coach team. This position has no direct reports.

Specific Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
- At least 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience required.
- Proven administrative and project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Presentation skills are a plus.
- Experience using Microsoft applications particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, diagnose, and solve any customer problems.
- High sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Keen attention to detail; Type A personality who takes responsibility and completes all assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Full-time only, working remotely from home; minimal travel

Annual Pay Range:
