Join us a Scheduling Coordinator!
Full time, 40 hours/week.
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining schedules for all clinical staff across all units at TaraVista by fulfilling staffing vacancies and ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing and updating schedules while making adjustments as needed according to budgetary constraints, census fluctuations, call-in, and call-outs. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to utilize scheduling techniques and best practices as well as be able to anticipate changes and identify solutions. In addition, will update payroll timesheets for the Unit Leaders final approval. The Scheduling Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating regular communication with the Nursing Leadership Team and Chief Nursing Officer as warranted.
Successful Scheduling Coordinator candidates will have the following:
Education: High School Diploma, Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years prior experience with scheduling in a hospital setting preferred.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required. Sufficient typing and computer skills required, prior experience with scheduling software (Ability Smart Force/Paycom) preferred but not required.

Pay Range
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience.
$24.00 - $28.00
