Responsibilities

• Conduct Virtual Client Meetings: Engage with clients online to gain insight into their financial aspirations, evaluate their requirements, and share information about various options available. This includes detailing policy features, coverage choices, and premium rates.
• Provide Ongoing Support: Offer continuous assistance to policyholders by responding to their questions, facilitating policy modifications, and guiding them through the claims process.
• Cultivate Client Relationships: Nurture lasting connections with clients by regularly checking in to reassess their needs, refresh policies, and accommodate any situation changes.
• Ensure Compliance and Record Keeping: Follow industry standards and company guidelines by keeping precise and current client interactions and transactions records.
