Duties: Works closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop and optimize scalablesolutions that focus on customer acquisition, engagement and retention. Utilizes a data-drivenapproach to inform decision-making, identify areas of opportunity and measure the impact ofinitiatives. Understand the business context and problems holistically, zooming into specificproblems to solve them considering the whole picture. Leads projects and initiatives, providingguidance and mentorship to team members and fostering a culture of innovation via operationalexcellence. Builds new products and features from conception to launch, starting from an MVP andthinking in increments instead of striving for perfection from day one. Ensures the adoption of bestpractices in software development, security and technology infrastructure.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field of study. Two (2) yearsrelated experience as a Software Engineer, Software Validation Test Engineer or related occupation.Experience is required and must include: Designing and programming distributed systems;Troubleshooting problems with distributed system components; Creating validation strategies forcomplex software solutions; Creating and maintaining pipelines for continuous deployment and unittest implementation; Leveraging CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous deployment) pipelinesto deliver code for new features; and Implementing REST and gRPC API endpoints utilizingPython, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST. *This position is 40% in office 60% remoteAircall is constantly moving forward. We’re building new roads to complete our journey, and we’re taking people with us who have the same builder mentality.
