Job Description

We're seeking a strategic analytics leader to own and evolve our enterprise analytics product portfolio, serving as the trusted data partner to our executive leadership team. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the vision and execution of management reporting, governance frameworks, and analytics capabilities that enable data-driven decision-making at the highest levels of our rapidly scaling global retail athleisure organization. 

As Senior Director of Enterprise Analytics Product, you'll translate complex business challenges into scalable analytical solutions that enable clear business value while building the infrastructure and standards that ensure our data ecosystem scales with our ambitions. 

What you'll get to do: 

Enterprise Reporting & Analytics Product Strategy 

  • Partner with business partners and execute the product roadmap for all senior management reporting, creating standardized, trusted insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization 
  • Build and scale executive reporting capabilities that deliver consistent, high-quality insights on demand for C-suite and senior leadership 
  • Partner directly with executive stakeholders & analytic representatives to understand evolving information needs and translate them into scalable and iterative analytical products 

Data Governance & Standards 

  • Driver for corporate data dictionary, establishing the single source of truth for enterprise-wide data definitions and business logic 
  • Manage ongoing governance with data stewards who are responsible for data quality, new metrics & communication of new datasets and metrics into the analytics ecosystem 
  • Lead enterprise data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance standards are embedded across all analytics products 
  • Define and enforce standards for data usage, access, and reporting across the organization 

Future-State Analytics Vision 

  • Partner across functions in business and technology and define business requirements and use cases for AI-powered analytics tools that could transform how senior leaders access and interact with data 
  • Identify opportunities where emerging technologies could enhance executive decision-making through scenario planning and advanced analytics 
  • Partner with data engineering and data science teams to influence the build and implementation of next-generation analytics capabilities 

Cross-Functional Leadership & Partnership 

  • Collaborate with product leaders in Commercial Analytics and Omni-Channel/Customer Analytics to ensure consistency and integration across the analytics ecosystem 
  • Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and scalable data products 
  • Work within the Central Analytics & Planning team to align enterprise reporting with the broader data and planning strategy 

Qualifications

Who you are: 

Leadership & Strategic Vision 

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data product management, with 5+ years leading teams and driving enterprise-level analytics initiatives 
  • Proven track record building and scaling enterprise reporting products that serve C-suite and senior leadership audiences in retail or apparel organizations 
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing analytics teams 

Retail & Industry Expertise 

  • Deep understanding of retail apparel business models, metrics, and reporting requirements (merchandising, planning, inventory, store operations, DTC/e-commerce) 
  • Experience supporting executive reporting needs in fast-paced, high-growth retail environments 
  • Familiarity with retail-specific analytics challenges including omni-channel operations, seasonal planning, and global expansion 

Technical & Analytical Excellence 

  • Hands-on expertise with tools like Snowflake, MicroStrategy etc 
  • Strong understanding of modern analytics architectures, data warehousing, and cloud-based ana
