Responsibilities
Duties: Move, carry, set up tables, chairs and equipment. Carry food service tray. Deliver food and beverage, clean and set tables, remove dishes,replace soiled table linens; replenish linens, silverware, glassware and dishes; supply service bar with food; serve items such as water, coffee andcondiments. Slice and pit fruit used to garnish drinks. Stock serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers. Side work as assigned. Setup, breakdown, and replenish breakfast or other buffets. Assist when necessary Hostess when needed to welcome and seat guests.

No minimum education or experience required.Must be able to obtain ServSafe Food Handlers CertificationMust be able to obtain RAMP Alcohol Serving CertificationMust pass a post-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B.Workers are subject to reasonable and/or post-injury/incident drug-testing, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B.Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.Must be able to work weekends and holidays.Applicants must complete an employment application.Employer will offer a minimum 35 hours of work per week. Hotel is open 7 days a week, workdays vary Sunday-Saturday. Rotating schedule, shift times5am-1:30pm, 6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 12pm-8:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm, 4pm-12am, and 5pm-1am (Includes unpaid break).Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy.This position wage and hours are covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement as follows: Basic wage rate: Hire $15.08 per hour, after 3-months ofemployment basic wage rate $15.91 per hour, after 6-months of employment basic wage rate $16.75 per hour. Employer may increase wage based onexperience performance, tenure, market conditions, and/or as set forth in CBA. Effective October 1, 2025, wage increase to basic wage rate $17.50 perhour. Overtime hours may be available at $25.13 per hour. Effective October 1, 2025, overtime will be paid at $26.25 per hour. An overtime premium willbe paid when Work performed by an employee in excess of eight hours in a workday (ten hours for employees working a four ten-hour workweek), 40hours in any one workweek, or on the sixth or seventh day of work in the same workweek, shall be considered as overtime, and compensation shall bepaid at the rate of one and one-half times his/her regular hourly rate, unless such sixth or seventh day is voluntary in order to secure more hours ofwork. Overtime at time and one-quarter shall be paid for all hours worked on the eighth consecutive day of work with time and one-half for hoursworked on the ninth consecutive day of work, and double time on the tenth and continuing consecutive days (eleventh, twelfth, etc.) of work regardlessof workweek. (These provisions for premium pay on a sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth and continuing consecutive days of work set forth in the CBAare waived for any employee requesting to work such a schedule.)A single workweek will be used in computing wages due. Pay received weekly.Employer will provide on-the-job training.How To Identify Potential Job Scams
Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement andsubject to payment of Union Dues, which will be deducted from payroll as required. Monthly Union Dues $41.25 per month.Optional employee shared housing available, including utilities and all meals in employee cafeteria, at approx. $150.00 per week, payroll deducted ifemployee elects. Optional health insurance is available, cost varies depending on plan chosen, payroll deducted if employee chooses to enroll. Publictransportation within walking distance from worksite. Optional one meal during shift available at no cost to employee.If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from theplace of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide orpay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker
