Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Web Initiatives – Spearhead marketing web strategies, driving improved patient experiences, online engagement, and conversion performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work seamlessly with product, UX/UI, IT, and content marketing teams to develop intuitive, patient-focused digital journeys.
• Analytics & Insights – Oversee web analytics programs and leverage data-driven insights to optimize user experience, enhance engagement, and increase conversions.
• Team Leadership – Mentor and develop web specialists and marketing analysts, ensuring alignment with Natera’s strategic goals.
• Brand & Compliance Oversight – Ensure website content accuracy, brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and adherence to accessibility (ADA) standards.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Stay ahead of digital marketing trends through strategic analysis of industry competitors and emerging opportunities.
• SEO & Digital Advertising Collaboration – Partner with SEO and digital advertising teams to improve website visibility, patient acquisition, and ROI.
• Support Key Digital Projects – Lead innovative projects including CMS migrations, analytics tool integrations, and continuous web optimization efforts.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 plus years managing enterprise-level websites and digital marketing strategies
• Extensive experience in website project management, content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices, and digital analytics tools
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

• Master’s degree or relevant certification in digital marketing or analytics
• Previous experience in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.San Carlos, CA $150,000—$175,000 USD
