Registered Nurse (RN) | Skilled Nursing, Rehab & Long-Term Care | Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg, OH

Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional, resident-centered care in our Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Long-Term Care community. From mentoring nursing staff to collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, your skills and heart for care will make a difference every day.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver skilled nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care with precision and compassion

• Monitor and document changes in resident conditions, responding quickly and professionally

• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to maintain excellent care standards

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, residents, and families to ensure coordinated care

• Foster a safe, supportive, and healing environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)

• CPR certification required

• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Long-Term Care preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-first mindset
