About this Position / Responsibilities
Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to serve as the primary interface to business users, to assist the IT development team in understanding the business processes, workflows, and information requirements of the business users.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years' experience working as a Product Manager or Business analyst.
- At least 7 years’ experience executing the requirements management process according to software development lifecycles (SDLCs) in an Agile environment, with strong experience working with technical teams.
- At least seven years’ experience contributing to business process review efforts, including evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement.
- Ability to effectively conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Experience developing roadmaps, reports and drive regular and effective communication of project progress.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Exceptional requirements elicitation and facilitation skills.
