Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Virtual Outpatient Therapist

Location: Dallas,Texas,United States

Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) 

Licensure: Active LCSW license in Texas

Pay: $75,000-$85,000 base salary + generous bonus potential 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST/CST (40 hours per week) 

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following the issuance of an independent LCSW license. Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred.

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time LCSWs to provide therapy services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you’ll conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop and monitor treatment plans 

• Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources 

• Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time 

• Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care
