We are located at 100 Cummings Center, Beverly, MA. As a Family Medicine office, we provide physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for all ages, from infants through adults.
We are seeking a full-time (36 hours/week) nurse to join our primary care team, working flexible hours between 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
This role involves a mix of phone triage and in-office nurse visits, supporting a collaborative team of four nurses and 13 providers. Candidates should have experience with triage, particularly phone-based triage. Prior experience in primary care, especially family medicine, is strongly preferred, while pediatrics experience is also valued.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable assessing patient needs, prioritizing care, and supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Essential Functions
-Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
-Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
-Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
-Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
-Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
-Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
Education
Associate's Degree Nursing required
Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
