S2P Program assistant

What is the job about?
Provide administrative support to Source to Pay program implementation, on activities related to sourcing data, processes, systems, in close cooperation with the Category Management.
Your main responsibilities:
- Data management: review, qualify, optimise and complement purchasing related master data
- Support data, information collection/discussion and sharing with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Collect, create and maintain master data in the new platform, vendors, classification of materials and commercial conditions data in general
- Online catalogues, Purchasing cards, templates preparation according with project needs
- Build adequate level of process knowledge and expertise.
- Support data transparency activities and reporting activities
- Support on a variety of tasks requested by the program implementation
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- Fluency in English written and spoken
- Good communication skills with stakeholders and external suppliers
- Systematic, structure, and quality-oriented way of working, following instructions and procedures
- Ability and willingness to work in a team environment
- Distinct flexibility and capacity to work under pressure with regard to function and time
- Sense of duty and responsibility
- Willingness to acquire new skills as well as work on repetitive tasks
- Analysing mindset, writing and reporting
- Understanding of the order flow and related procurement processes is advantage, (nice to have)
- Previous experience with S2P is an advantage (nice to have)
- Proficiency of Procurement systems (e.g. ARIBA, ScanMarket, Sievo, Power BI, SAP) is an Advantage (nice to have)
