Senior Human Resources Generalist

<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p> <p>Supports the business and employees throughout the employment lifecycle. It has a broad range of responsibilities, which may include but are not limited to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, talent management, compensation, and benefits and operations.</p> <p><strong>Key Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Work within defined parameters can make decisions and apply concepts to issues of moderate to high complexity and resolve issues through immediate action</li><li>Provide timely and accurate advice and guidance on general HR inquiries related to policies and processes and other general HR matters, including employee relations, benefits, talent development, and payroll</li><li>Manage recruitment activities in line with business requirements</li><li>Prepare offer letters and employment contracts per Company policy, local laws, and regulations</li><li>Responsible for onboarding and off-boarding processes, which include conducting orientation sessions, exit interviews, and system updates</li><li>Manage talent management processes, including annual initiatives such as talent review, succession planning, and goals setting</li><li>Manage compensation processes such as salary reviews and promotions, including annual initiatives such as merit review</li><li>Partner with HR COEs on Global initiatives</li><li>Responsible for maintenance of HR and other systems as required</li><li>Responsible for generating monthly and ad hoc HR reports by compiling, transforming, and visualizing data</li><li>Make recommendations for process improvements and innovations to drive efficiencies</li><li>Develop and maintain procedural documentation to accurately reflect the business process</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned</li></ul> <p><strong>Essential Qualifications and Education:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential</li><li>A minimum of five to seven (5 to 7) years experience in a similar or HR Generalist role</li><li>A detailed understanding of HR principles and practices</li><li>Experience with HR Systems e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft etc.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to build good relationships</li><li>Capability to apply discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality</li><li>Experience in Dutch Labor Law</li><li>Fluency in Dutch</li></ul><p>#LI-OO1</p> <p></p> Our ingenuity fuels daily life.
