Area Engineer

Rumpke of Ohio, DBA Rumpke Waste and Recycling is looking for an Area Engineer at 3990 Generation Drive, Cincinnati Ohio 45251.    

This position requires:

• MS in Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering or foreign equal and 4 years of experience in Environmental Engineering involving landfill design and permitting solid waste operations and some experience with engineering drawing and compliance reports.
• Alternatively, will accept a BS in Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering plus 7 years’ experience in Environmental Engineering involving landfill design and permitting solid waste operations and some experience with engineering drawing and compliance reports.
• Must be willing to travel to field sites to perform the functions of the position
• May require travel 1-2 times per week within assigned region, including parts of Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois and Ohio
• Annual salary: $112,902
