Job Summary: 

The primary role is to provide excellent customer service to all guests entering the attraction by educating them about all the products the attraction has to offer through positive guest interactions. The host seeks exceptional guest interaction at every opportunity. The host can be assigned to various areas of the business: Admissions, Retail, and Food and Beverage.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the friendly face that welcomes customers.
• Answer questions about products and provide recommendations for purchase.
• Learn and execute upselling sales targets.
• Operate point-of-sale automated systems.
• Achieve revenue goals and sales targets.
• Restock merchandise.
• Be “Guest Obsessed” and provide exemplary customer service.
