StarbucksAbout the role
Now Brewing – manager, loyalty marketing! #tobeapartner
From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.
As a manager, loyalty marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies for our Starbucks Rewards program – bringing loyalty initiatives to life in ways that deepen engagement and drive measurable impact.
We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven marketer with strong campaign instincts who can translate customer behavior into insight-led work. You will lead end-to-end marketing execution of loyalty initiatives while partnering cross-functionally to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences that strengthen long-term customer relationships.
As a manager, loyalty marketing you will:
· Manage go-to-market strategy and execution for loyalty initiatives, including promotions, offers, games, and experiences, ensuring alignment to broader business goals.
· Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from intake and strategy through briefing, execution, and performance readout.
· Develop clear, strategic marketing briefs that align cross-functional teams around objectives, target audience, messaging, and positioning.
· Partner across marketing, digital, analytics, operations, and finance to bring initiatives to market with excellence and precision.
· Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders to deliver complex campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
· Continuously evolve the loyalty experience by staying ahead of industry trends, customer expectations, and competitive benchmarks.
· Collaborate with external partners and agencies to execute campaigns and enhance program capabilities.
We’d love to hear from people with:
· 5–7+ years of experience in loyalty, CRM, lifecycle, or integrated marketing—preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
· Demonstrated experience managing go-to-market strategies and executing multi-channel campaigns.
