Claims Systems Configuration Associate - I - eviCore - Remote

Do you want to Drive Growth and Improve Lives? EviCore, a division of The Cigna Group is hiring several System Configuration Associates. For this essential fast-paced Claims Systems role, you'll manage simple to complex Claims Systems configuration within the claims adjudication engine. The Claims Systems Configuration Associate will ensure data integrity, data security and process optimization for eviCore Claims processing. In addition, they will perform documentation and development of application functionality and data configuration. 

What you’ll do to make a difference:

• Work from ticket system to correct Claims System configuration errors / issues

• Claims system configuration requests will include but are not limited to claim billing and benefit rules for all claim products and programs.

• You'll coordinate, define, and review claims system configuration to meet change requirements as approved.

• Assists in documentation upkeep in cooperation with Configuration Supervisor and Quality Assurance Associates

• You'll work claims systems configuration tasks independently with configuration design assistance from Configuration Analysts, Lead Configuration analyst and Configuration Supervisor.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• High School Diploma or GED, required

• 2+ years of claims and health care experience, required

• 1+ years of experience in medical Claims Systems Configuration, required

• 1+ years of Microsoft Access experience is Strongly preferred

• Intermediate skills in Excel is required

• Strong technical competence, proven critical thinking, and impeccable communication skills are required

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast -paced environment required

• knowledge of SQL, creating SQL queries is strongly preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 21 - 32 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
