Job Description
Position Summary
As part of the BT North American HR team, you will play a critical role in helping our leaders attract great talent to meet our ongoing business needs. We are looking for a results-oriented individual that has demonstrated success in partnering with HR colleagues and business leaders to ensure well-defined role profiles, recruiting strategy and process, and the ability to connect with professional level candidates.
Principal Responsibilities
- Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process and set expectations of how teams need to participate in the process, as well as best practices.
- Build effective passive candidate sourcing strategies
- Monitor the vacancies, pipeline, funnel conversion, time to fill, cost per hire, and balanced workforce objectives.
- Provide oversight of the interview teams and work with Hiring Managers if additional participation or course correction required.
- Ensure we are consistent across the org with streamlining recruiting process for our professional level hiring
- Utilize market data and trends to guide the business with opportunities that could address their needs faster.
- Lead special projects/ recruiting initiatives
- Actively facilitate discovery conversations with the hiring manager to ensure requirements understood, expectations set, and debrief sessions.
- Lead efforts to further improve our Employer Brand awareness, including representing Bosch in various external platforms and forums and role modeling best practices to increase awareness.
- Ability to display data, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Report insights to the business stakeholders on metrics, measurements, and status of performance indicators.
- Utilize analytics to anticipate roadblocks and problem solve the challenges
Qualifications
Education
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Special Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships as well as building reports and utilizing a variety of recruiting plans and tools
- Strong analytic skills; ability to inspect, analyze, and influencing using data
- A demonstrated passion for recruiting and providing amazing customer service
- Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates
- Successfully built scalable recruiting programs and processes
- Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams
- Strategic-minded and creative human resources professional capable of functioning as a partner to the business
- Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication as well as an ability to build strong relationships.
- Able to operate with an independent voice and be a trusted coach.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality necessary.
- Must be an energetic, self-starter who is flexible and adaptable to changing business demands
- Good organizational skills required.
- Patience and professionalism are essential.
- Must be able to work in a highly matrixed organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
